About the Artist

"We are magic talking to itself, noisy and alone."

-Ann Sexton, For You, Doctor Martin

My work reflects the strong connection I feel with the ever-changing beauty of the Jersey shore. I hope to capture the splendor of the sunsets, the power of the ocean.

My still life work is quiet, meditative, exploring light as it falls upon simple subjects typically gathered from my kitchen.

I live in Philadelphia with my wonderful hubby, Patrick and devilish red cat, Junebug.  In summer, we can usually be found on the beach in Ocean City, NJ.

I am an associate member of Oil Painters of America and the National Oil and Acrylic Society.
